Thanks for the help and its really useful.

I dont have access to create in SPAD .(In SPAD transaction , initially no need to give input ,should simply enter ,so that we will have create option )  Basis team helped to create the printer .I did the setup in GTS and it worked .

/SAPSLL/MENU_LEGAL -->Customs management -->Masterdata -->Print processing -->configure printer determination -->choose the created printer.
