Can you be a little more specific? What Kind of Item categories do you mean?

If I understand it right:

Customizing in GTS:

General Settings->Document Structure->Assignment of Item Categories from Feeder Systems->Assign Item Category at Feeder System Group Level

Choose Manually Assign Item Category

Here you can assign your document item categories to the right application Level. E.G. our own

item category ZFG is assigned to application level SD0B Dispatch/Export: Outbound Delivery LS Group GR_T11/Q14 doc.item category ZFG  item category EXDLV1
