Thanks for your reply.

I have raised OSS note and got reply saying that , there is no standard procedure to calculate complex rate and needs to maintain manually.

Reply from SAP:

calculation such a duty cannot be faciliated in standard.complex duty exists on system only as a reference point , the actual calculation has to happen manually or outside of GTS.
