SPLS - Display Blocked Document, Default to Display Header Data

Hi -

We are implementing GTS 11.  From Sanctioned Party List Screening, Display Blocked Documents - does anyone know if it is possible to default the view such that when you execute Display Blocked documents, the Display Header Data Only view defaults in rather than the Display Item Data Only View?  Our users would like to save having to click that icon every time if possible.
